Manifesto
A curated week
of AI-built Apps.
You build something with AI on a Saturday. It works. You post it to Reddit, it climbs for an hour, picks up a handful of upvotes and a couple of “nice, how’d you make this?” replies, and by Monday it has slipped three pages down and vanished. You try Twitter and it surfaces for a day, collects a few screenshots, then sinks under the next thing. The apps were real. The discovery wasn’t.
VibePlay is a quiet, curated index of small AI-built apps: the kind you can open in a new tab, play with for ten minutes or still be playing the next day, and either forget or remember. We review what gets in by hand. We don’t execute anything; we point you at the live URL the builder shipped, and we check that the links stay live and flag the ones that don’t.
For Players, it is a place to find the strange, clever, genuinely new things people are making with AI, before a feed buries them. No infinite feed. No outrage bait. Just a short list, refreshed each week, that you can actually get through.
For Builders, it is a living portfolio. One profile, every app you’ve ever shipped, and an honest place to show the work behind them: the build story, the stack you used, the updates you post as you keep shipping. No follower counts to chase. A permanent address for your work that outlives the post.
We think the most interesting software being made right now is made by individuals, alone, with AI tools, on weekends. It deserves better than a feed that forgets it by morning. VibePlay is where that work gets discovered, where you can learn how it was built, and where the people making it keep a permanent home for everything they ship.
That is the whole ambition: the place to discover, learn, and share how the best AI-built software actually gets made.
