What VibePlay is

VibePlay is a discovery and routing layer for AI-built Apps, not a host for them. We store App metadata, surface it through curated and algorithmic discovery, and route Players to Builder-hosted URLs; we do not execute user-submitted App code on VibePlay. You may use VibePlay only if you are able to form a binding agreement and to comply with these Terms and applicable law.

Beta release

VibePlay is beta software, offered as a preview while we are still building it, so expect rough edges. Features may change, break, or be removed, and Apps, feeds, ranking, Staff Picks, claim flows, and other surfaces may be added, paused, or discontinued at any time and without notice. We work to avoid breaking Builder trust, but no part of VibePlay is guaranteed to remain available, and you should not rely on it to store anything you cannot afford to lose.

Accounts and access

You sign in with a Magic Link: a single-use authentication URL sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure and do not share Magic Links. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Builder content

As a Builder, you may submit Apps, screenshots, descriptions, BuildStories, BuildThreads, ThreadReplies, and related materials where those surfaces are available. You must hold the rights to everything you submit, and you grant VibePlay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt for formatting, promote, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and marketing VibePlay.

Do not submit stolen content, misleading claims, malware, phishing, harassment, illegal material, private information you are not permitted to share, or anything that infringes the rights of others.

Feedback

We welcome bug reports, ideas, and suggestions. If you send us feedback about VibePlay, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and incorporate it for any purpose, without obligation, compensation, or attribution. Feedback is given voluntarily, and we remain free to act on it or not.

Moderation

To protect Players, Builders, VibePlay, and the broader ecosystem, we may approve, reject, edit, hide, remove, suspend, or restore any content or account at our discretion. We may also mark an App unavailable when its health checks fail or a safety concern arises.

Profiles and claims

To help Players discover great work, VibePlay may create Profiles and App listings from publicly available information. If a Profile or App is yours, you can take ownership through the claim flow or reach us through Contact. To have a Profile or App corrected or removed, contact us with enough information to verify the request.

External Apps

Play links open third-party Apps hosted outside VibePlay. We do not control those Apps, their availability, their content, their security, or their data practices, and you access them at your own discretion and risk.

Disclaimers and liability

VibePlay is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including those of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, as well as any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibePlay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, or harm caused by external Apps.
